Yes, you’ll need to log in or create a free account to complete your order. This lets you track your order, receive updates, and securely manage payments.
You’ll provide your name, contact info, laundry details, and pickup/delivery preferences. All information is kept private and secure.
You can pay online with a credit card (Stripe) or choose to pay at the store (cash or card) for drop-off orders. Home pickup orders require online prepayment.
Yes! After logging in, you can view your order status, history, and receive notifications about pickup, completion, and delivery.
Yes. All data is encrypted and managed securely. We never share your information with third parties.
